Post tan skin care - Spray Tan Pro

I would like to leave the tan on for the length of time discussed at your tan appointment.
When your development time is over I would like you to step in the shower and have a 60-second rinse.

No soap. No face washes. No loofers
Just cool to warm water. You may use your hands

You will see the bronze run from your body. The water will be brown initially.
This is the brozners rinsing off.

When the water runs clear from your body that’s your indicator that you’ve been in the shower long enough.

When you step out of the shower I would like you to be mindful when drying off.

I suggest you don’t use your best white towl.
The tanning solution is water soluble and will wash out in your washing machine.

No aggressive rubbing with your towel.
Be mindful and gentle when drying off.
And that’s not just for the initial rinse off, but for the next 7 to 10 days.

Once you have rinsed off I would like you to apply a normal body moisturiser, of your choice, to your skin.

DO NOT USE MOISTURISE WITH GRADUAL TAN IN IT.
DO NOT USE BODY OIL

It is vital that you moisturise every single time you shower.
By doing so this will prolong the life of your tan

IMPORTANT

If you do not moisture after showering the tan will start to fade in about 3 days.
If you do moisturise every time you shower your tan should last at least 7-10 days
I recommend you avoid super hot showers as it dries your skin out.
When the skin dries out, the tan will start to crack and fade.

WHAT TO AVOID

There are four things that I would like you to avoid whilst having your tan on

  1. Oil. – ALL types of oil. NO OIL at all. This includes BIO-OIL , COCONUT OIL, BODY OIL, FACE SERUMS
  2. Micellar water
It is ok to remove eye make-up, but not to cleanse your face.
  3. Makeup wipes
  4. Aerosol Body moisturiser – it has a high content of different types of oils.
